Our main business core objective is to increase the supply of new affordable housing. We believe in developing homes constructed to high standards and modern designs, which are affordable and appropriate to the local needs to ensure community cohesion and sustainability.  The homes we build include affordable housing for rent and shared ownership, supported housing for people with learning difficulties, the elderly and people with dementia.  Our staff are well versed in all the latest standards and have experience of all forms of construction.
